So its been since before Christmas since I have posted and I have been busy, especially with the baby who is so active I feel like I just don't get a rest. Even when he is asleep the kids want my attention. Night times I finally get the chance too catch up with Jason, its crazy. How do people do it with more kid? This feeling has pretty much caused me to quit the hairdressing I do on the side. My kids end up getting neglected and they scream and act out the rest of the day after the person leaves. I feel like mentally I am full of mother stuff to change out of mind frame to do hair and then switch back. I am forgetting a lot of the technical side of it all and it annoys me. Its more stress than anything. Well that's my hairdressing whinge for the day. Onto the next thing lol.
My camera is in the SHOP being fixed as a pixel has gone. Hopefully they just replace it. I got it for Christmas so its not very old. how annoying.
We are planning to do a bit of renovations over the next month or so which is totally exciting. Get the roof done, patch and paint computer room, laundry done and tile the place. We will be pretty much finished all the stuff that we wanted too. yay. Sell and move into something we adore is my next plan. (or go country for Jason's work but we will see what comes up for that)
We also have a Canadian visitor arriving on Thursday which is exciting and also a little worrying that i wont be able to be the cool, awesome tour guide i try to be lol. The kids kinda put a hult to that but i have a couple of things planned. Hope she likes Australia.
My sister Kristel also was married on Sunday (their Saturday) and i am so happy for her. I wish so much we could have been there and wish we could be a part of their everyday life. Jason wishes he had a brother in law he could sit with in Priesthood meetings, so we will wait patiently till one arrives. hint hint lol CONGRATULATIONS GUYS we totally love you.
Cameron is now 7 months and has been standing since 5 1/2 months. Sounds nuts huh? but a week into December he began trying to stand. He has had lots of falls and now holds onto things with one hand and reaches out for the other couch or our hands to walk over to us. NUTS He just wants to be up with the kids. When they go to kindy, he seems so lost and bored. He loves them being around and looks out for them when he wakes up and waves at them. too cute,
Jason and I have been doing weight watches. Its been so good to see what a proper portion of food actually looks like and how to make better choices to staying fuller for longer. If you choose empty foods then you are hungry but don't have the points to waist of snacking on rubbish. Weird to say but we actually enjoy it. I am doing it more to keep my weight where it is and not let it creep up to what it was before. Jason has lost 2.5kgs in 2 weeks and he hasn't been exercising due to night shift but is going to start that too.
Trent and Brea have been busy practising to write their ABC's in a preschool book I bought them. Trent is sooooo ready to go to school and is like a little sponge trying to write everything he can. Brea more likes to do what Trent is doing but that's ok too.
well that's about it really. I am sure we have been doing a lot more but no photos to back it up leaves me with nothing else to say. Thanks for checking in - I thought you may have forgotten about me. bye!

Great to see your back :-)
It is SO busy having 3 isn't it? doing the double feeds with baby (bottle and solids) and the school run plus the everyday usuals - phew!
Hope your camera is replaced too, no worries then!
Take care

yay!! sounds like you guys are having fun... good luck with it all
I am glad every mother feels that way!! I dont think I could do 3 at home (I stuck to that plan) Lani was at preschool when I had Gabrielle... but school holidays are sometimes harder, as you arent used to having them at home :)
yeah being tour guide with kids is no fun.. if you want to drop the older two here while you go around the city or KP cliffs to take photos or whatnot thats fine with me..
Hats off to anyone who can manage to do any kind of paid work while still being a mother - working in your own home with the kids around must be extra tough.
Congratulations for having 3 at home! And thanks so much for admitting that motherhood is hardwork - it makes the rest of us all feel normal too.
Good Luck with your visitor. It sounds like you'll have lots of fun! Take care. X
